a companion piece to Sistema & Dudley's infamous investigation book of the same name (2099), the EP features reinterpretations of standard morosefolk traditional songs, including 'Citoyenne Deadbeat', 'Bestial', and wartime love song 'Margo'. The opening track, an homage to private eyes and ethnologists Rogerine Sistema and Carolino Dudley, is a rework of morosefolksong 'Kalomni'.
the recording is said to have taken place in the hidden morosefolk land itself, while Sistema claimed in an interview that Fire Beninois' primary target was actually morosefolk listeners
the performance of this record in morosefolk charts (if such a thing exists) is unknown
also unknown is whether Beninois ever held morosefolk citizenship, which would make him the only sadparrot ghost to be granted such a privilege
